Scottish Championships 2020 Rules
To be eligible a coach has to either live in Scotland or be demonstrably Scottish.
Tournaments using the regular non variant rules for Blood Bowl can be included in the series. Tournaments must be open to at least 20 coaches and be advertised at least 3 months in advance of taking place.
3 Scores count per coach, with a minimum of 1 score being from the NAF champions or a tournament held in Scotland. No matter how many points a coach may have at the end of the series, if he or she does not have a score in a Scottish tournament of the NAF champs then their score will not count.
For Scottish Tournaments (also including NAF champs):
5 points for 1st down to 1 point for 5th for 1 day tournaments.
6 points for 1st down to 1 point for 6th for 2 day tournaments.
For non-Scottish Tournaments:
5 points for 1st down to 1 point for 5th. Scores are from actual final tournament placing only. Any coach finishing outwith the top 5 will not score any championship points. Only 2 day tournaments can count towards the Scottish Championship.
1 bonus point for each additional race used within a coach’s top 3 scores.
Tie breaker is highest overall placing will be whichever coach had the highest placing at the best attended 2 day tournament from last year. This was Burger Bowl in 2019.
The top 4 qualify for the 2020 Scottish Eurobowl team

Coaches can declare themselves for a league. In order for a coach to declare for a league, the coach must be active in said league during the period that the series runs. Each coach with a final eligible Scottish championship score who is associated with a league will have their score added to their overall leagues score. The league with the largest cumulative score at the end of the year will win the constructors championship.
The Alba team challenge will also allow coaches to score points for their league. The top 3 ‘Thoroughbred’ teams composing of players that all originate from the same league in Scotland can score points as follows; 3 points for 1st place down to 1 point for 3rd place. can score.
