Garrick has kindly sent me a list of 2015 Blood Bowl Events and I have pulled out the following ones which I think may be the relevant ones for the Scottish Championship; - Bridie Bowl, Arbroath, TBC March: 1.1M pts; 4 Normal and 2 Double Skills upfront, 2 copies max
- Burger Bowl, Edinburgh, TBC Jul: 1.1M pts; 4 Normal and 2 Double Skills upfront, 2 copies max
- OchilBowl, Stirling, TBC Aug: 1.1M pts; 4 Normal and 2 Double Skills upfront
- Glasgow, TBC September? Progression not Resurrection style?
If this list not complete please post. Thanks, Humpty

Last years rules were: All Scottish Tournaments count with each day of each Scottish Tournament worth 5pts for 1st down to 1pt for 5th (i.e. 2 day Scottish Tournaments count as 2 separate tournaments for scoring points).
Foreign Tournaments with significant Scottish attendance (NAFC and Geordiebowl for instance) also count with the whole 2 day tournament results counting 5pts for top Scot at the tournament down to 1pt for 5th Scot (i.e. 2 day Foreign Tournaments count as 1 tournament for scoring points). The Foreign Tournament must be agreed by the Scottish BB community, through this forum, as counting before hand and must have a minimum of 6 Scots attending to count.
Each contender combines their top 3 scores and the winner at the end is the competitor with the most points. In the event of a tie then overall placings at Burger Bowl (as the flagship Scottish tournament) will be used as a tie breaker.

I don't believe we should count team tournaments (Jocks v Geordies, Eurobowl, UKTC, World Cup etc.) as the Scottish Championship is an individual competition based upon individual results in selected "open to all" individual tournaments.
What does everybody else think?
PS What is the NAF team torni?

UKTC.
It may be a team event but it is individual games so I feel it should be I will go with the majority. What your stance be on the Monkeybowl then if they brought back teasm like they did a couple of years ago?
Obviously not the Eurbowl or WC, but UKTC should I think.

UKTC individual results will not be an entirely fair reflection of each individual as they will be playing in a team. For instance a strong player in a weak (or unlucky) team could find his team last and him top of the individual rankings having played against weaker opponents all weekend! Ah, now I see your plan

So what else is in the running then? WaterBowl (21/22 February) MonkeyBowl (11/12 April) NAF Championship (23/24 May) GeordieBowl (August?) AlbaBowl ( )

I am proposing a slight change to last year's rules for the Scottish Championships:
Scottish Championships 2015
Any open and easily accessible tournament can be nominated for inclusion. Nominations to be made prior to the event, and for inclusion there must be a minimum of 6 Scots entering. 3 Scores per coach, with a minimum of 1 score being from a tournament held in Scotland. No race restrictions. 5 points for 1st down to 1 point for 5th for 1 day tournaments and Foreign tournaments 6 points for 1st down to 1 point for 6th for 2 day tournaments. Tie breaker is highest overall placing at Burger Bowl.
Is everybody happy with this?
